Renders of Lucky and Malorie (OCs)

These are some renders of some original characters I created over the last couple of months. Lucky(Blue) and Malorie(Pink) were both polymodelled in Maya while the hair was created in Blender. The original 2D pieces of art was created over a year ago using Photoshop, as I was expanding my universe of characters. Renders were taken using Arnold and particle simulations were also done in Maya. They only have basic Arnold AiStandardSurface Textures as I wanted to imitate the idea of them being statues(inspiration from the opening of Arcane(Riot Games,Netflix).

I'm very pleased with how these models turned out. I had created Lucky as a university project for my second semester and had created Malorie's hair along side as a fun task. During this summer I wanted to challenge myself to improve on the model, to tweak and correct mistakes I'd made on Lucky. That's how Malorie was formed. Both are rigged with an IK and FK using Advanced Skeleton.
